He Lijun, female, Ph.D., is currently a research fellow at the Human Resource Management Research Institute of the Business School, Hohai University. Her primary research direction is international human resource management, and she has long been dedicating herself to teaching and management of overseas students. She has presided over and participated in several national and provincial-level fund projects and enterprise consulting projects and published over 30 academic papers.
