Sajjad Nazir, male, Ph.D., is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Business School of Hohai University, a research fellow at the Human Resource Institute of the Business School, Hohai University. As his research direction is Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior, he has long been dedicating himself to the teaching, research and consultation of Human Resource and Organizational Management. He has published tens of papers in foreign authoritative journals and academic conferences at home and abroad.
