Through the study of this course, overseas students are expected to master basic theories, methods and skills of human resource management in modern times in a comprehensive and systematic manner, thus establishing relatively comprehensive knowledge system and mastering basic contents such as HR planning, recruiting and selection, training and developing employees, performance management, compensation management and labor relations management, etc.. HR management practice of Asian enterprises will also be introduced in lectures to improve communicative ability, organizing and leading ability of overseas students and their ability to flexibly deal with practical problems of enterprises.
