Muddassar Sarfraz, Male, Ph.D., is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Business School of Hohai University. He is research fellow at the Human Resource Institute of the Business School, Hohai University. Currently, He is a member of the Chinese Economists Society, Member of the World Economics Association (UK), International MBA Ambassador to Pakistan (China), Representative of International Cross-cultural Network, Azerbaijan and Member of American Economic Association (Nashville, USA). His research direction is Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. He has been dedicating himself to the teaching and research of Human Resource and Organizational Management. He has published tens of papers in foreign authoritative journals and academic conferences at home and abroad.
