Jiang Min, female, Ph.D., is currently a lecturer at Business School of Hohai University. She is research fellow at the Human Resource Institute of Business School, Hohai University. She is a research fellow at China (Nanjing) Talent Development Center. Her research direction is human resource management, and she has long been committing herself to teaching, research and consultation of human resource and organizational management. She has presided over and participated in more than 10 National and Provincial-level Fund Projects and enterprise consulting projects. She has published over 10 academic papers in domestic and foreign authoritative journals and academic conferences.
