Han Zhiyong, male, Ph.D., is currently a research fellow at the Human Resource Management Research Institute of the Business School, Hohai University. He is a member of the International Association of Chinese Management Research. His primary research direction is organizational behavior and leadership. He has been dedicating himself to teaching, research and consultation of human resource management and organizational behavior. He has presided over and participated in several national and provincial-level fund projects and enterprise consultation projects and published 10 academic papers.
