汪群教授 Professor Q. Wang

Wang Qun, female, Ph.D., professor and supervisor of Ph.D candidates at the Business School of Hohai University, is currently vice-president of Changzhou Institute of Technology, one of the young leaders in technology for the “333 High-level Talents Training Project” of Jiangsu province, a member of the Foreign Affairs and Tourism Committee of the Standing Committee of Jiangsu Provincial People’s Congress, associate dean of the Human Resource Research Institute of MWR, associate dean of the Institute for the construction of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt, deputy director of the River Chief Training Center of Hohai University, Chairwoman of the Steering Committee for the Development of Human Resource Management of Hohai University, a member of the National Council for Human Resource Management, an executive member of Jiangsu Professional Managers Association, vice-chairwoman of Nanjing Behavioral Science Association and a member of the Organzing Committee of the China Committee of IFSAM. She was a senior visiting scholar at California State University. She has long been committed to teaching, research, and consulting of strategic management and human resource management, and presided over the completion of more than 10 national and provincial-level research projects including the National Social Science Fund and the Humanities and Social Science Fund of the Ministry of Education. She has presided over or participated in the completion of more than 30 corporate and government consulting projects, compiled 11 books and published more than 100 papers in academic conferences and journals at home and abroad.


汪群女,博士,河海大学商学院教授、博导;现任常州工学院副校长;江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”中青年科学技术带头人,江苏省人大常委会外事旅游委员会委员,水利部人力资源研究院副院长,大运河文化带建设研究院(常州)副院长河海大学河长制培训中心副主任,河海大学人力资源管理专业建设指导委员会主任委员,人力资源管理全国理事会理事,江苏省职业经理人协会常务理事,南京行为科学协会副会长,世界管理学者协会联盟(IFSAM)中国委员会组委会委员,美国加州州立大学高级访问学者等。长期致力于战略管理和人力资源管理的教学、研究和咨询,主持并完成国家社科基金、教育部人文社科基金等国家级、省部级研究项目10余项;主持或参与完成30余项企业及政府咨询项目;编论著11部,在国内外学术会议、学术期刊公开发表论文100余篇。
