邓玉林教授 Professor Y.L. Deng


Deng Yulin, male, Ph.D., is currently a professor at the Business School of Hohai University. He is a member of the International Association of Chinese Management Research, a research fellow of the Human Resource Research Institute of MWR, and a member of the Human Resource Management Professional Construction Committee of Hohai University. He was a visiting scholar of SUNY at Buffalo and the University of Melbourne. He has long been dedicating himself to teaching, research and consultation of human resource management, incentive mechanism, organizational design and innovation management. He has presided over and completed 5 projects at national and provincial levels, including National Social Science Fund Project, National Postdoctoral Fund Project, Jiangsu Provincial Social Science Project, etc. He has presided over and completed over 10 enterprise and government consulting projects compiled 5 academic books and published over 30 papers in domestic and foreign academic conferences and journals.  


邓玉林,男,博士,河海大学商学院教授,博导,中国管理研究国际协会会员,水利部人力资源研究院研究员,河海大学人力资源管理专业建设委员会委员,美国纽约州立大学布法罗分校、澳大利亚墨尔本大学访问学者。长期致力于人力资源管理、激励机制、组织设计和创新管理的教学、研究和咨询,主持并完成国家社科基金、国家博士后基金、江苏省社科等国家级、省部级研究项目5项;主持完成10余项企业及政府咨询项目;编论著5部,在国内外学术会议、学术期刊公开发表论文30余篇。
